A nearly instant, indulgent, and healthy breakfast that will satisfy your cravings and keep your tummy full all morning long! A bit of chocolate, a bit of peanut butter, some fresh juicy fruit - what's not to love?
Heat up your almond milk, coconut sugar, vanilla, coca powder, and salt over medium-high heat. Just get it nice and hot, not quite boiling.
Stir in your oats, and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. This depends on if you are using instant oats or steel cut. The steel cut will take a little longer.
When all the liquid is absorbed and you have a chocolaty, gooey, delicious oat mixture, stir in your baker’s chocolate (make sure to read the label and verify it’s vegan!).
To serve, simply divide your oats into your favorite bowls, top with an assortment of seasonal fruits or whatever fruit you think will be delicious!
Finish off with a big spoonful of all-natural peanut butter and a teaspoon of chia seeds per bowl.
